Jennifer London has worked as a corporate paralegal at the firms of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. and Heller Ehrman LLP, as well as in-house at Mediaplex, Inc. and Work.com. Her experience includes corporate formation and maintenance, private and public financing transactions, state and federal stock exemption filings, merger and acquisition transactions, and public company reporting requirements. Jennifer earned a B.A. at San Jose State University and a paralegal certificate at Santa Clara University.

Ms. Quinn has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and managing corporate transactions. In her previous capacity as a senior corporate securities attorney for one of the nation's leading high-tech law firms, she provided corporate counsel in connection with over seventy merger and acquisition transactions (buy-side and sell-side), over fifty venture capital finance transactions (company-side and investor-side), and several initial public offering and follow-on offering transactions (issuer-side and underwriter-side).
Ms. Quinn also has significant experience in representing corporate clients in connection with Securities Act and Exchange Act reporting obligations and compliance, capitalization maintenance and reports, day-to-day corporate governance matters, non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements, and standard intellectual property matters.
Prior to founding The Law Firm of Helen E. Quinn, Ms. Quinn worked for eight years at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. (Palo Alto and San Francisco office locations).
